holy cow, i decided it'd be good for me to do some research on smell, and here's the first thing i found (as i was searching for a nova documentary on smell)

a real player will put his voice in a woman's ear (texting isn't very player)

and this guy definitely follows coco chanel's advice to put your fragrance where ever you'd like to be kissed





this one was great too, a good overview, and the olfactory system is apparently 10,000 times more sensitive than the other senses
